Pour contents into a french press or tea strainer, and cover with 1 cup of very hot water. Allow to steep for 15-30 minutes, then strain and pour liquid into a warm bath. Relax and enjoy!
PRO TIPS
If you're in a rush, and not overly concerned about clogging your bathtub drain, you may pour the contents directly into a warm bath, and when the bath is over, simply cover the drain with a washcloth to prevent flowers & seaweed from escaping down the drain.
Salt baths can be drying to hair- if you plan to immerse your hair in the bath, wet your hair with plain water first, and apply a dollop of conditioner or hair oil beforehand.
If you don't have access to a bathtub, a foot bath works equally well. Just pour half the contents into a warm foot bath. Relax and enjoy!
