With dry hands, massage a pea-sized amount of Dream Boat onto dry skin, paying special attention to areas of congestion. With wet fingertips, massage briefly, transforming Dream Boat into a silky cream texture (this step is essential- do not skip). Remove residue with a warm, damp washcloth.
