Leave on for 10-30 minutes, then wet your fingertips and massage in gentle, rhythmic circles for extra exfoliation (if desired). Remove with a warm compress, then splash face with cold water. Follow with your favorite cream, oil, or balm. I love to follow up with Selkie Oceanic Lustre Serum mixed with a few drops of Seven Swans Winter Oil.

Apply a tiny dab to active breakouts (do NOT apply Red Tara on broken skin, please) and allow it to dry fully before bedtime. Leave on overnight, and remove with a warm compress in the morning.
